Transport damage

Damage in transit is always an unpleasant affair, but fortunately it rarely occurs. However, if damage occurs, please note the following points:

Please inform us within three days at info@fillou.com about the damage that has occurred. Please include the order number (IX-…).

As the recipient of an externally visibly damaged consignment, please note the damage on the consignment note or delivery receipt from the delivery driver (e.g. “Parcel heavily dented on the top right) and have this acknowledged by the delivery driver. This is important so that it can be proven that the goods were damaged during transportation.
